ONLY 9 new listings in Kitsap in 24 hours? Do you remember when Wednesdays and Thursdays were like Christmas morning because those were the days we would get all the new listings?!

In the last 24 hours Kitsap has only had 9 new listings! 15 homes have done price reductions, and 20 more homes have gone under contract or sold.

We are quickly heading into the time of year where there are less homes for sale, houses are sitting longer, and we’re all hunkering down for the winter. It’s cold outside people!!

What does that mean?!

It’s time to pounce. Sellers are motivated but there will be less and less to choose from as time goes by. Law of supply and demand anyone?!

Do the rates literally suck?! Yes. But we can get prices down, help get the rate down with loan programs and rate buy down options, inspections to negotiate. I sat in a luncheon learn this afternoon in fact, learning about all of the options!
