Today we celebrate the 2022 GOAL of 40 Adventures in Real Estate!!

40 families helped buy or sell homes here in Kitsap and surrounding areas!! I’m a huge fan of goal setting and reaching, I do not stop until they are achieved - normally they’re met on gosh darn New Year’s Eve - this year… OCTOBER?! I couldn’t be more grateful.

Our closing today was whopping #9 with the great Cameron Salley and 2nd if the year with the wonderful Jeannette Schanbeck. I’m so thankful for Caitlin Brace and Summer Buehrer, without them we definitely wouldn’t be able to help this many people and still function as a human being

Yes, the market is crazy - how fast things have “shifted”. But homeownership is achievable, possible, and truly easier right now than it’s been in a couple years.

I want to be on your next adventure in real estate.
