Have you tried Fire Cider?? If not, you're missing out!
๐ Itโs FALL! ๐
One of my favorite little activities to do this time of year is make Fire Cider! Itโs a little bit of a waiting game but worth it!
Fire Cider is an age-old remedy used by generations as a remedy to ward off colds and flus and boost the immune system. There are many variations but they're all made with herbs stewed in apple cider vinegar; the vinegar acts as a preservative so you can keep it on a shelf and take a spoonful through the winter when fresh herbs arenโt as available.
